Order Shipping Information

Every business wants to keep its customers happy and deliver the best possible service. Accordingly, all orders are shipped from our own warehouse and are delivered by Royal Mail.

Please rest assured, in these difficult times caused by the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, we are doing our very best, according to our standard terms and conditions of sale, to get orders to you as swiftly as possible.

You will be emailed a shipping notification when your order has been shipped and this will contain your tracking number. Please make sure to check your Spam folder and Promotions Folder in Google Mail in case these important notifications have automatically gone to these folders.

We strive to deliver everything much quicker than the dates set out below, but please bear with us in these unprecedented times and thanks again for your support and understanding.

As a result of the above please allow 21 days for delivery of all orders.

We ship from our UK warehouse. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International shipping targets

Please allow an additional 3 working days handling time on all orders.

If the weight of your order is 2kg or greater, packages will be shipped via UPS. Your customs charges may change due to this, and is unfortunately out of our control.

 

Customs charges on international deliveries

Any customs charges or handling fees upon delivery are solely the responsibility of the customer. Following Britain’s exit from the EU, shipments to EU Countries are potentially subject to local duties and taxes. The calculation of duties and taxes is based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold for goods imported into the destination country.

Any international order weighing 2kg or greater is shipped via UPS. The customs charges as a result of this may differ when compared to your local postal service. 

Rock Albums has no control over these charges, and does not benefit financially or otherwise from them.

Please be aware that if you return your order for a refund we will not refund any customs charges or shipping costs. If you refuse pay any customs charges due and therefore do not accept delivery of your order, a refund will only be processed once we have received your returned order, and it arrives in the same condition it was sent in. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
